SOS Yacht Management is a company that prides itself on reputation. We are committed to providing our clients the highest standards in boat care. Bret Silvius is an experienced boat Captain with the “attention to detail” mentality. He started out sailing the Caribbean Sea as First Mate on diving, fishing and sailboats. During this time Bret earned his Captains License and in addition also graduated from the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. To date Bret has experience serving multiple positions including Captain, Engineer and Chef on boats ranging from 30 to 100 feet. Through Bret’s dedication to follow through and proven reliability, he has actively played a role in representing the owner during sales, supervising refits and training new crew to take possession of vessels.
